“ Mia Ness was our realtor on three different simultaneous deals recently. Her service was nothing short of amazing. She is so organized and diligent she never missed a beat. When there were multiple things going on in a week she would email us an itinerary for the week. She was always professional and very pleasant. She worked very hard for us and actually more than once surpassed my expectations. She was very knowledgeable of the markets was always right on top of what was new and advised us expertly on values. More than once she told us a property we were looking to buy was over-priced. We always felt she was 100 percent dedicated to working with us and making us feel that the most important thing was our happiness. We we're pretty fussy yet she never showed the slightest impatience. Instead she learned from each rejection until she knew exactly what we wanted and then found the perfect house for us. Her help didn't stop there. She also helped us with HOA questions and numerous other questions. She recommended an interior decorator/architect to help us with our renovation. If someone asked me what I appreciated most about Mia I would answer her honesty and integrity. What a wonderful and refreshing quality especially in this day and age. Working with Mia was a true pleasure.I am not an easy grader but there is no grade I would consider for Mia other than A+."
